Kelly Athayde Wirka

Kelly Athayde Wirka currently serves as the Head of North America Medical Affairs for Fertility and Endocrinology/HIV at EMD Serono, Inc., a position held since February 2016. With an extensive career in medical affairs, Kelly has progressed through various roles at EMD Serono, including Senior Director and Medical Director. Prior experience includes leadership positions in clinical embryology and IVF laboratory management at organizations such as Progyny, Inc., East Bay Fertility Center, and Northeastern Ohio Fertility Center. Kelly holds a Doctor of Health Sciences from Eastern Virginia Medical School, a Master of Science in Human Reproduction from the University of São Paulo, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Universidade Santo Amaro.
