As Senior Vice President of US Fertility & Endocrinology, Libby is responsible for US performance of EMD Serono’s Fertility & HIV/ Endocrinology franchises and leads the marketing and sales organizations aligned to these therapy areas.
Libby has been with EMD Serono since 2020, previously serving as Head of US Fertility Operations, where she led the US Fertility marketing and sales organization and country strategy.
Libby brings a wealth of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including 10+ years at GSK, where she held commercial leadership roles across a range of therapeutic areas, major product launches, strategic planning and large-scale business transformation efforts.
Libby started her professional career in consumer advertising for healthcare brands with Grey NYC. She holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
