Gemma Bateman

Gemma Bateman is an experienced leader in the social services sector, currently serving as the National Director of Services at Emerge Aotearoa Group since August 2015, where a diverse range of managerial roles, including National Housing Services Manager and Housing Operations Manager, have been held. Gemma's expertise lies in the implementation of new services, focusing on the development of marketing strategies, reporting processes, and fostering key relationships. Prior to Emerge Aotearoa Group, Gemma worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Richmond Services Limited and served as an Employment Consultant at Richmond New Zealand. Gemma holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canterbury.
