Holden Hays

Holden Hays has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Holden is currently working as a Group Lead Product Designer at Emerge since February 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to February 2022, they served as a Manager of Product Department at Fullbay, where they executed product vision and managed the product team. Holden also worked as a User Experience Designer at Fullbay from November 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining Fullbay, Holden worked as a Lead Designer at Hypur Inc. from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they used design thinking to create user experience strategies and developed UI kits and interactions for the redesign of the Hypur Platform.

From 2016 to 2018, Holden held various roles at Synexus US. Holden served as a Senior Patient Experience Designer, leading a new UX strategy for patient acquisition and developing patient engagement strategies. Holden also worked as a Senior Graphic Designer, creating assets for marketing materials and managing website user experience.

Holden's early career includes working at Apple as a Creative Trainer, Technical Support, and Salesperson from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they troubleshooted technical issues, trained customers in using creative software, and gained a unique perspective on UX/UI through customer interactions and feedback.

Holden's work experience also includes being a lifeguard at the City of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008.

Holden Hays attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in design studies. Holden also received a certification in Aperture from Apple in 2013.
