Vasu Belide is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management across multiple international firms. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Emergence since September 2024, and formerly in a similar role at Merlyn Mind from February 2023 to September 2024, Vasu has a proven track record in overseeing multinational teams of mobile, JavaScript, backend, UI developers, data engineers, and quality assurance professionals across eight countries. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Integral Ad Science as Senior Software Engineering Manager, and leadership positions at City Index, Alpari (UK) Ltd, Capita, Dell Services, and Infosys Technologies. Vasu holds a BCA degree in Computer Software, Hardware, and Applications from Osmania University.
