Sandra Bessette

Sandra Bessette possesses extensive experience in IT leadership and business applications, currently serving as Sr. Director at Emergent BioSolutions since July 2013. In this role, Sandra leads the strategic direction and integration of business systems, emphasizing the development and compliance with policies, maximizing ROI, and fostering continuous improvement. Prior to Emergent, Sandra spent over 17 years at Weyerhaeuser, where roles included SAP CoE Business Support Manager and Project Manager, focusing on SAP support, project management, and innovative solution implementation while maintaining high service levels. Sandra holds a BS in Business Administration from City University of Seattle, a Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management from The George Washington University, and an AS in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
