Lynette Long is currently the Managing Director of Talent Management at Emergent Holdings. Prior to this role, Lynette held positions at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America and AF - Group as a Director of Talent Management. Lynette also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at St. Vincent Catholic Charities and the Labor Relations Manager at Sparrow Health System. Lynette holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a Masters degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development from Michigan State University.
