Ajit Iyer

Ajit Iyer is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President HR for the Systems & Software Group at Emerson, Ajit oversees HR leadership for a large employee base and significant P&L. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at onsemi, where responsibilities included HR leadership for multiple business units globally, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at TaskUs. Ajit's experience also encompasses senior leadership roles at Applied Materials, Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food, AbbVie, Abbott, and GE, focusing on talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic HR initiatives. Ajit holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and has completed the Human Resources Leadership Program at Crotonville.
