Marissa Ithurbide

Marissa Ithurbide is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of HR Measurement Solutions for Europe at Emerson since May 2020, Marissa has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Organizational Development and HR Director, since joining in January 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant for the Construction and Engineering sectors at Manpower Professional from December 2007 to December 2010. Marissa is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development at The University of Salford, following a DEUG LEA in International Business from Universite de Cergy Pontoise and a Baccalaureat in Literature and Mathematics from Lycee Claude Debussy.
