Nicholas Vinje

Nicholas Vinje is a Lean Enterprise Project Leader at Emerson, with experience in standard work implementation and root cause analysis. Previously, Nicholas worked at Mayo Clinic in clinic operations focused on laboratory medicine, emphasizing continuous improvement and Lean-Agile thinking. Nicholas also held positions at Verizon, where responsibilities included consulting for the Internet of Things and wireless business, as well as serving as a senior solutions specialist. Earlier in career, Nicholas served as a project coordinator at Unified Theory Incorporated and as a supply chain analyst at 3M, specializing in continuous improvement and key performance indicators. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and an Associate degree in Media Photography from Daytona State College.
