Kelly Skalka

Kelly Skalka has extensive experience in sales and training, currently serving as Sales Effectiveness Manager at Emery Jensen Distribution since January 2019, following previous roles as Sales Insights Manager and Sales Operations & Training Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Kelly held the position of Training & Development Manager at Emery Waterhouse from January 2015 to June 2019. Kelly's career began at Hershey Creamery Company, where a diverse range of roles included Training Director, Field Sales Representative, and various administrative positions from October 2000 to December 2014.
