Jay Taylor is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Emery Oleochemicals, with extensive experience in various leadership roles in manufacturing and operations. Prior to their current position, Jay held senior vice president, vice president, and general manager roles at the company. Previously, Jay served as the Site Director at Cognis Oleochemicals / Emery Oleo and as Plant Manager at Huntsman, overseeing multiple Polymer Plants. Jay holds a BS in Environmental Engineering, Statistical Analysis, and Organizational Management from Lubbock Christian University and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
