Neil Gandhi

Neil Gandhi is an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in development and project management for K-12 assessment platforms. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at eMetric since January 2025, Neil previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at SWIVEL and served in various roles at eMetric, including Director of Software Development and Sr. Technology Manager. Neil has successfully managed the development and delivery of large-scale SaaS solutions, notably iTester, enhancing development practices as the company matured. Neil began a professional journey as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Information Technology from recognized institutions.
