Carla Campion

Carla Campion is an accomplished Learning and Talent Portfolio Manager at Emirates Group, with a strong background in project management and skills development. Since March 2014, Carla has designed and implemented a portfolio management framework ensuring alignment of Learning and Talent solutions with business strategy, while also serving as a Programme Manager focused on enhancing project management learning and maturity across the organization. Prior to Emirates Group, Carla held key positions at COM DEV International Systems and Raytheon UK, overseeing project management processes and mentoring junior project managers. Carla began career at BAE Systems, gaining foundational experience in project management and engineering. Carla holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester.
