Andrzej J. Kozlowski serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Emitel since December 2017 and is a prominent member and Chairman of the Foundation Council for The Foundation for the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies. In addition, Andrzej has been an Advisory Board Member at the Atlantic Council since May 2018. Previously, Andrzej held various leadership positions at ORLEN Upstream Canada, Unipetrol Group, and PKN ORLEN S.A., including roles as Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Executive Director, and Chief Strategy Officer. With a solid background in strategy and regulatory affairs, Andrzej also contributed to the management of Unipetrol and Orlen Lietuva from 2006 to 2017.
