William McKerrell, ACCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Fund Accountant at EMK Capital since September 2022, William previously held various roles at Aztec Group from September 2015 to September 2022, including Financial Reporting Manager, Senior Fund Accountant, and Fund Accountant. William began the career as a Trainee Fund Accountant and possesses a solid educational background from De la Salle.

EMK is a UK based private equity fund which invests in businesses where it can support growth and change. In partnering with EMK, businesses and management teams get access to more than just capital – we work together to generate ideas on how to take a business forward and act as a catalyst for delivering change. We have the capability to commit over £100m of equity to a single investment from our fund and in partnership with our limited partners we could commit far more should a portfolio company require that through the life of an investment. We typically make majority investments over periods of three to seven years in the business services, consumer and industrials sectors. Whilst we are flexible about the situations we target, we have extensive experience supporting management buyouts, corporate carve outs, growth equity, special situations and management succession.
