Alexandra Blair

Alexandra (Alex) Blair is an experienced professional in global project management with a focus on biopharmaceuticals. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Emmes since October 2022, Alex is responsible for delivering biopharmaceutical projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring project efficiency and quality. Previously, Alex held various positions at Syneos Health from December 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading project teams to meet project goals. Alex's career also includes earlier roles at INC Research, PPD, and customer service experience in medical sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Psychology and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
