Janelle Raddatz

Janelle Raddatz, M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology, currently serves as a Training and Development Coordinator II at Emmes since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as LMS e-Learning Training Specialist at Carrier HVAC, where responsibilities involved coordinating HVAC training events and managing a proprietary LMS. Janelle has also contributed to public health efforts as a Contact Interviewer for the Indiana Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, and held various training positions at Orbis Education, Career TEAM LLC, SEA, and Henkels & McCoy, Inc., focusing on development and implementation of training programs and vocational training. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, along with a Real Estate Certificate from Fox Valley Technical College.
