Janine Holmes

Janine Holmes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at eMolecules, where responsibilities include strategically aligning the HR function to support the company's growth and managing all HR activities for acquisitions. Before joining eMolecules in April 2020, Janine spent over 15 years at CUSO Financial Services, LP, advancing through various roles including Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive, where key contributions involved leading HR initiatives and developing comprehensive HR programs to enhance business efficacy. Earlier experience includes positions as Corporate HR Director at Sybra, Inc., HR Manager at Astec, and HRIS Manager at FPA Medical. Janine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from San Diego State University.
