Andrea Sempi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1997, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Giò Rossi Associati, specializing in packaging design. From 1998 to 2008, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Tangram Strategic Design, focusing on brand strategy, corporate identity, and web design. In 2007, they founded their own creative agency called White Label, specializing in strategic design and advertising. At White Label, they developed the company's business plan and oversaw its growth until 2022. In 2007, they also became a partner at Ermes, a company promoting sustainable travels, where they developed corporate brand and marketing strategies until 2013. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Partner at Viva l'Italia, contributing to the development of the company's business plan. Most recently, in 2017, they co-founded Emotiva, a deep-tech AI company focused on attention measurement and emotion recognition. At Emotiva, they served as the Chief Sales & Growth Marketing Officer, responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, generating leads and investor interest. Overall, Andrea Sempi has a wealth of experience in graphic design, strategic design, branding, and marketing.

Andrea Sempi attended Liceo scientifico Antonelli from 1989 to 1994, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study. Andrea then went on to study at Accademia di Comunicazione from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Design with a focus on Communication & Graphic Design.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea Sempi has obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in January 2020 and in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in December 2019.
