Keith Craig

Keith Craig is an accomplished professional in learning design and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Learning Design & Innovation at Empath since October 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing training programs for the Managed Service Provider community. In addition, Keith provides consulting services as an Advisor for Learning Programs at Long View Performance Design, LLC, focusing on long-term learning goals and outcomes across various industries. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Learning & Enablement at RingCentral, overseeing customer training programs, and significant positions in consulting and instructional design at St. Charles Consulting Group, Panera Bread, Allen Interactions Inc., and IBM. Keith holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Eckerd College.
