Ashley Mateer-Piercy

Ashley Mateer-Piercy, CDP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Empath Health, focusing on strategic projects and CRM optimization across multiple hospice programs and home health regions. With extensive experience in professional relations, Ashley has held leadership roles at Tidewell Hospice since 2015, concentrating on skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, and assisted living facilities across several counties in Central-SW Florida. Prior experience includes community liaison positions at Hospice Advantage and Harbor Light Hospice, as well as marketing and event management roles in the catering industry. Ashley earned a degree in Human Environmental Sciences, specializing in Hospitality Management and Event Planning from The University of Alabama.
