Michelle Powell Klee

Michelle Powell Klee, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Education at Empath Health since June 2025, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing clinical education programs to enhance care standards. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Trustbridge (R) for over 13 years, holding positions such as Operations Manager overseeing the Knowledge Center and driving operational excellence, alongside roles in professional education and training. Earlier experience includes roles at South Florida Water Management District as an Education Data Coordinator and various Human Resource positions at companies such as Vacuum Dig Enterprises Inc. and Affiliated Computer Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and has additional degrees from South University and Palm Beach Community College.
