Irene Santos

Irene Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile project management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Empathy.co since May 2020, Irene focuses on coaching teams and fostering an agile collaboration model aligned with program objectives. Prior roles include Scrum Master at IZERTIS, leading multiple teams for a Scale-Up initiative at Arcelor Mittal, and positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and ACN, where responsibilities ranged from managing development teams to delivering projects within the Agile framework. Beginning with a foundation as a Java Developer at ACN and an Oracle Developer at Atos, Irene has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage resources and ensure the delivery of complex software solutions. Irene holds a degree in Physics from Universidad de Oviedo.
