María Mazo Oscoz

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and entrepreneurship. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and providing nutritional services at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also shared knowledge as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training institute from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Licenciatura in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
