Pessy Katz has a diverse work history with experience in human resources, talent management, recruiting, and administrative support. In 2018, Pessy worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Dean at Touro University until November 2019. From November 2019 to October 2021, Pessy served as an Intake Specialist at Preferred Home Care of NY. Following that, Pessy worked at Georgia Behavior Associates as a Recruiter from November 2021 to March 2022 and as an Intake Coordinator from October 2021 to March 2022. In 2022, Pessy joined Insignia Resources as a Talent Specialist until February 2023. Currently, Pessy holds the role of Head of HR and Recruiting at Empeon since June 2023.
