Adam Bush has a strong background in technology and transformation recruitment. Adam is currently the Head of Permanent - Technology Division at Empiric, where they are responsible for building the Permanent Division across Europe. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Cloud Identity and Cloud SAP, where they focused on IAM recruitment and SAP recruitment respectively. Before that, Adam was the Managing Director of Cloud International, where they set the business strategy and managed both the Cloud Identity and Cloud SAP brands. Adam also served as the Head of Business Performance at Cloud International and led a period of significant restructuring and growth. Adam began their career at Nigel Frank International, where they quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became the Manager of the European Contract Division. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, and drive business growth.
Adam Bush obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Royal Holloway, University of London. Adam completed their undergraduate degree between 2007 and 2010. In addition, they have earned a certification as a Best Practice in Training Network Alumni from City & Guilds Group in February 2021.
