Dave Disciascio

Dave Disciascio is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Employ since December 2021, Dave focuses on enhancing talent acquisition solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises. Previously, in the same role at JazzHR, Dave led the development of applicant tracking software tailored for small and midsize markets. At Vicarious, from January to November 2021, Dave oversaw software engineering and IT teams, driving advancements in intelligent automation. Additionally, at Bossa Nova Robotics from September 2015 to January 2021, Dave managed a significant data analytics platform and a large software engineering team. Earlier career roles included senior positions at CA Technologies, Computer Associates, and Intraware, where Dave contributed to various software solutions and systems. Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from Saint Vincent College.
