Eric Hwang

Eric Hwang has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Eric began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at SoftArtisans in 2008, where they focused on building a software product for mobile document access. In 2009, Eric served as a Software Design Course Assistant at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, assisting students with programming and software design exercises. Later that year, they interned with Microsoft as a Program Manager Intern, working on Excel Services. Eric's responsibilities included conducting research, defining features, prototyping, and writing specs. Eric joined Google in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in frontend development for the AdWords webapp. Eric played a crucial role in a major project involving the end-to-end rewrite of the AdWords notifications system. In 2015, Eric transitioned to Lever, where they initially served as a Senior Software Engineer before being promoted to a Staff Software Engineer role in 2017.

From 2006 to 2010, Eric Hwang attended Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (EECS).
