Randy Devine is the senior vice president and general manager of Empower AI’s Enterprise Readiness Business Unit. In this role, Randy is responsible for the executive oversight of the company’s Service Delivery and Infrastructure Engineering Divisions, which includes the management of Empower AI’s largest programs valuing more than $2 billion. Randy brings more than 30 years of IT leadership and experience in areas such as information technology and artificial intelligence, program management, operations, engineering and business development.
Prior to joining Empower AI, Randy served as a senior program manager at Lockheed Martin, and was the director of the Enterprise Systems Engineering Directorate for the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command in Fort Huachuca, Ariz. Prior to that, Randy served as the Director of the Pentagon Engineering Directorate at the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command where he led the design and buildout of military command centers in Europe and South Korea. He also served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, achieving the rank of captain.
Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is located in Sierra Vista, Ariz.
