Empower Semiconductor
Mohammad Javanmardi has been working in the semiconductor industry since 2009. In 2012, they were a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, where they designed a 1920-1980MHz charge-pump Integer-N, frequency synthesizer Phase-Locked-Loop with reference frequency of 5 MHz. Mohammad also designed nested inductors of 40-50pH with mutual inductance simulated in HFSS to be used in the 200 GHz BFO LC-Oscillator in UMC65nm technology. In 2014, they worked as an Analog Design Engineer at Semtech where they designed a High-side current shunt monitor and a Low-side current sense amplifier. In 2016, they moved to MaxLinear as a Senior RF/Mixed-signal design engineer, where they designed a Modular Regulator and performed Phase noise Calculations for RF Fractional-N PLL. In 2018, they joined Micron Technology as an Analog/Mixed-signal design engineer, where they designed and verified a low DCD low Jitter, tunable delay cell to be used in a chain of inverters as a Delay line in an all-digital Delay-Locked Loop in 12nm FINFET TSMC technology. In 2020, they started working at Empower Semiconductor as a Staff Analog design engineer, where they worked on Multi phase DC-DC Buck converter. Mohammad also joined PsiQuantum as a Senior Analog/Mixed signal engineer.
Mohammad Javanmardi obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2014. Mohammad also obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Concordia University.
