Twanna Gill

Twanna Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and customer experience. Currently serving as the Fractional Customer Experience Officer at Empress Business Solutions since March 2014, Twanna specializes in designing operational strategies for small businesses. Prior to this role, Twanna was the Business Manager and Director of Communications & Administration at Atlanta Women Entrepreneurs from October 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included driving strategic direction and developing educational programs for female entrepreneurs. As the Founder and Owner of Mocha Kids from 2009 to September 2011, Twanna focused on providing inspirational literature for young African-American readers while managing e-commerce operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at NEO, Inc. from July 2000 to January 2009. Twanna holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University.
