Josh Oeding is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capital expert with extensive experience in founding and managing firms. As the Founder and General Partner of Tenzing Capital Ventures since June 2021, Oeding leads an early-stage venture capital fund. Oeding also serves as a Board Member at Emprise Bank. Prior to this, Oeding founded and acted as Managing Member of Accelerate Venture Partners from October 2018 to February 2023 and held the roles of President and CEO at NXTUS from July 2018 to February 2023, focusing on helping entrepreneurs and fostering innovation. Oeding's earlier career includes significant positions at EFT Analytics, Koch Industries, Wichita Technology Corporation, and Ludeman Insulation & Supply, Inc., where key contributions included marketing strategy development, business development, and due diligence on investment opportunities. Oeding earned a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University in 1999.
