Sarah Hotze has a diverse work experience in the employee benefits and HR industry. Sarah started their career at Aon Hewitt in 2005, where they held the role of Health & Welfare Practice Leader until 2011. Sarah then joined Ascende as a Director of HR & Benefits Administration from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Sarah has been with Empyrean, initially serving as a Sr. Client Service Manager and then progressing to Sr. Director of Client Services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Client Solutions at Empyrean.
Sarah Hotze attended Trinity University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
