Troy Clarity is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems management and operations within the benefits and healthcare sectors. As the Business Systems Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. since July 2016, Troy leads Business Analysts, establishes team culture, and drives overall company goals. Prior to this role, Troy served as Operations Manager at Bloom Health, honing skills in team leadership and client operations.
