Nhi Hubacek

Nhi Hubacek has extensive experience in customer service and operations management across various organizations, currently serving as Treasury Manager at Emser Tile since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations and driving process improvements across multiple business segments. Prior roles include Customer Service Manager at VITA North America, where Nhi standardized order entry and trained sales teams, and Customer Service Supervisor at Milgard Windows and Doors, focusing on growing key accounts. Nhi has also held positions in inside sales and customer service with Meggitt, Esri, and Dacor. Nhi holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales & Marketing from DeVry University.
