Cathy O'Neil

Cathy O'Neil is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in emergency care management and education. Currently serving as State Secretary for the Emergency Nurses Association since March 2020 and as an Administrative Supervisor at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System since September 2019, Cathy has previously held various roles at BayCare Health System from October 1998 to September 2019, including Administrator on Duty and Emergency Room Charge Nurse. Additionally, Cathy has contributed to nursing education as a faculty member at the University of South Florida and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Tampa. Cathy's educational background includes a PhD in Nursing from the University of South Florida, a Master's in Science from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Berkshire Community College.
