Elana Carr is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently at Enable Dental since December 2022, where responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process, and analyzing metrics to optimize hiring. Previously, Elana held multiple roles at DOCS HEALTH CAREERS, from Senior Dentist Recruiter to Corporate Recruiter, overseeing recruitment across nine offices nationwide and in Puerto Rico. At ProSmile, as Lead Recruiter, Elana managed recruitment for various dental office positions and call center roles, as well as training new recruiters and establishing recruitment procedures.
