Maren Mellen

Maren Mellen serves as the Global Director of Business Value Consulting at Enable, where Maren established and scaled the Business Value Consulting team, significantly enhancing deal closure rates and contributing to substantial net new annual contract value and total contract value. Previous roles at Enable included Senior Business Value Consultant and Business Value Consultant, focusing on the strategic value of rebate and pricing processes for enterprise customers. Maren's experience extends to Celonis as a Value Engineer and Solution Engineer, facilitating customer value realization and delivering tailored product insights. Additional roles at Slalom, The Boston Consulting Group, and other companies highlight a strong background in consulting, business analysis, and marketing. Maren holds a Bachelor's degree from Babson College and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich.
