Maksym Synenko

Maksym Synenko has extensive work experience in project management and quality engineering. Maksym currently works at ENAVATE as a Project Lead, starting in September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at SWP-Group, where they held various roles including Project Management Officer from May 2018 to September 2020. In this role, Maksym implemented new methodologies for development and management, established high-performing project teams, audited project documentation, and created workflows for cloud project upgrades. Maksym also prepared education plans for newcomers, resulting in reduced expenses and shorter adaptation periods. Before becoming a Project Management Officer, Maksym worked as a Project Manager, where they coordinated and completed projects within budget and scope. Maksym also worked as a Quality Engineer, ensuring the quality of products and processes.

Maksym Synenko obtained their Master's degree in Finances and Credit from European University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they obtained the PSM I certification from Scrum.org in March 2021.
