Manager, Liquids Pipelines Infrastructure Planning at Enbridge

Jill Fritsch is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Liquids Pipelines Capacity Management at Enbridge since January 2011. In this role, Jill leads a team of engineers focused on optimizing the capacities of the complex Enbridge Liquids Pipelines system. Previous positions at Enbridge include Supervisor of System Design, where management of hydraulic design and analysis was pivotal, and a temporary secondment to Human Resources for the development of a pioneering internal talent mobility pilot project. Additional roles encompass strategic and financial analysis for Major Projects, hydraulic design for significant pipeline projects, and project management for Canadian development efforts. Jill began professional training with co-op positions at Al-Terra Engineering Ltd. and Flatiron Construction, honing skills in engineering surveying and project cost control. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Distinction from the University of Alberta and is pursuing an Executive MBA from the Haskayne School of Business.
