Senior Vice President, Operations and Engineering, Liquids Pipelines at Enbridge

Max is Senior Vice President and Corporate Development Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Enbridge Inc., based in Calgary. His teams are responsibilities for M&A, capital allocation, investment review, integration and corporate growth objectives. Previously Max was the Vice President, Treasury and Head of Enterprise Risk for Enbridge as well as leadership roles in Capital Markets. Prior to joining the company in 2012, Max spent over a decade at BMO. Over his career at Enbridge Max has been involved in over $100B of financing and M&A transactions.

Max holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from Dalhousie University. Max serves as a Senator at the University of Calgary and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Alberta Cancer Foundation. In the past Max has served as a board member for other not-for-profit organizations including; Inn From The Cold and the Westside Recreation Society. In 2022, Max was named one of Canada’s top 50 Changemakers by Report On Business Magazine.
