Angelique James is an experienced Application Engineer I at Encantado Technical Solutions, responsible for processing service requests and managing records for client Primary Standards Labs in the Maximo ticketing system. Prior roles include Service Desk Technician with Sandia National Laboratories, providing remote support across multiple operating systems, and Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Fidelity Investments, where troubleshooting was conducted through ServiceNow. Angelique also served as a Case Manager at ADC LTD NM, processing security clearance requests, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at HP focusing on technical support and troubleshooting for end users. Angelique holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Technology from American Intercontinental University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science along with a certificate in Health and Wellness from Central New Mexico Community College.

Edgewater and ECS have established an SBA approved Mentor Protégé Agreement. This agreement is based on a long history and relationship between Edgewater and ECS leadership. The relationship is based on mutual trust and the true spirit of SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program. ECS (the mentor) has invested in Edgewater’s (protégé) growth including sharing best practices and tools for accounting, proposal management, and business development. Individual members of ECS have taken time to mentor members of the Edgewater team. Since the development of the agreement, Edgewater has reorganized our business development team, processes and procedures. Edgewater and ECS have worked together to align business development pipelines and are continuing to invest in the relationship for the future.
