Matthew Griste is an experienced professional specializing in application development and support, currently serving as an Application Development Engineer at Encantado Technical Solutions since June 2022. As CEO of Obscure Iris Films since June 2017, Matthew directs a film and videography company. Previous roles include Application Support Specialist at Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies from April 2020 to June 2022, and various desktop support positions at Shamrock Foods Company and The Kemtah Group, Inc. Matthew holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Animation and Visual Effects from Full Sail University, completed in 2015.

Edgewater and ECS have established an SBA approved Mentor Protégé Agreement. This agreement is based on a long history and relationship between Edgewater and ECS leadership. The relationship is based on mutual trust and the true spirit of SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program. ECS (the mentor) has invested in Edgewater’s (protégé) growth including sharing best practices and tools for accounting, proposal management, and business development. Individual members of ECS have taken time to mentor members of the Edgewater team. Since the development of the agreement, Edgewater has reorganized our business development team, processes and procedures. Edgewater and ECS have worked together to align business development pipelines and are continuing to invest in the relationship for the future.
