Rofikul Islam is a skilled WordPress Developer with extensive experience in web development, currently employed at PSCI since February 2021 and at Encantado Technical Solutions since February 2019. Rofikul has a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and various programming languages, with proficiency in object-oriented programming using PHP, C#, C++, and Java. Experience includes working with JavaScript frameworks and implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Prior to these roles, Rofikul served as a Website Developer at CodemanBD from May 2018 to January 2023, focusing on responsive WordPress website design. Edgewater and ECS have established an SBA approved Mentor Protégé Agreement. This agreement is based on a long history and relationship between Edgewater and ECS leadership. The relationship is based on mutual trust and the true spirit of SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program. ECS (the mentor) has invested in Edgewater’s (protégé) growth including sharing best practices and tools for accounting, proposal management, and business development. Individual members of ECS have taken time to mentor members of the Edgewater team. Since the development of the agreement, Edgewater has reorganized our business development team, processes and procedures. Edgewater and ECS have worked together to align business development pipelines and are continuing to invest in the relationship for the future.
