Ryan Dudley is a Telecommunications Design Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Encantado Technical Solutions since April 2021. Previously, Ryan held the same title at Tyto Athene, LLC from November 2018 to April 2021, also serving as a Communications Quality Assurance Specialist during that time. Ryan's career in the technical arena began at Integrated Technologies Corporation, where Ryan worked as a Journeyman Electrician from April 2008 to November 2018. Ryan holds an Associates degree in Integrated Studies from Central New Mexico Community College, earned in 2018.

Edgewater and ECS have established an SBA approved Mentor Protégé Agreement. This agreement is based on a long history and relationship between Edgewater and ECS leadership. The relationship is based on mutual trust and the true spirit of SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program. ECS (the mentor) has invested in Edgewater’s (protégé) growth including sharing best practices and tools for accounting, proposal management, and business development. Individual members of ECS have taken time to mentor members of the Edgewater team. Since the development of the agreement, Edgewater has reorganized our business development team, processes and procedures. Edgewater and ECS have worked together to align business development pipelines and are continuing to invest in the relationship for the future.
