Crystal Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service & Logistics Analyst at Encapsys since February 2010 and previously as an Associate Business Manager, Crystal also owns Pura Vida Yoga, LLC, where offerings include group and private yoga classes, life coaching, and nutrition coaching. As a former co-owner of Yoga Elements from March 2016 to December 2020, Crystal contributed to the growth of the yoga community. Previous roles at Appvion, Inc. included Senior Marketing Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed competitive analysis and strategic planning. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, completed between 1997 and 2002.
