Ksenia Carr is a Process Engineer at Encapsys since February 2021, leading scale-up initiatives for new encapsulation products and formulations while evaluating safety and feasibility of processes and equipment. Previous experience includes working as an R&D Chemist at Encapsys, where formulation development and environmental impact reduction were key focuses, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Biomaterials, where a 3D tumor model was developed. Additional roles include a Research Assistant position at the Cluster of Excellence Engineering of Advanced Materials, where Molecular Dynamics simulations were conducted, and a Bioinformatics Fellow at the FDA, where data visualization and analytical programming were performed. Ksenia Carr holds a Master of Science in Advanced Materials and Processes from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
