Kyle Mick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Manager at Encapsys since May 2020, Kyle previously held the position of Product Manager at Amcor, managing a $200 million product portfolio and leading cross-functional strategies for growth. Prior roles included Project Engineer at Galloway Company, where Kyle managed capital projects in dairy manufacturing, and at NB Coatings, overseeing capital equipment projects in a chemical batch manufacturing facility. Earlier engineering experience includes a role at United Solar Ovonic, focused on process feasibility and production management. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
