Linsheng (Shane) Feng is an accomplished Principal Scientist at Encapsys since September 2015, where expertise lies in the discovery, development, and commercialization of encapsulation technologies for consumer products. Previously held roles include Senior Scientist and Staff Scientist within the same company, focusing on optimizing and scaling up encapsulation processes. Prior experience includes senior roles at Appvion, Inc., where Linsheng Feng developed innovative capsules and received the 2014 Innovation Award in R&D. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
